Warranties

As from 1 January 2023

To qualify for our 5/10/16 year warranties, the following conditions must be met:

• The purchase date of your Stylic door must be on or after 1 January 2023
• 5/10/16 year warranties is not transferable. It only applies to the original purchaser
• The warranty covers any material or workmanship under normal use by you or others
• Extended warranty: all door furniture (door closer and handle sets)
• Cast craft steel doors come with a 10-year warranty (Manufacturer's guarantee)
• Platinum screen extended warranty of 16 years. (Approved NATA Test Rig to Australian Standards AS5041-2003)

Warranty Disclaimer

• Stylic shall not be responsible for anyone tampering, modifying or removing our product
• Stylic shall not be responsible for any damage caused by matters outside the control of Stylic
• You, the consumer, must comply with the maintenance of Stylic's product (including cleaning and lubricating all moving parts)
• No meshes are included in the warranty, excluding Platinum Screen
